IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CHECK-IN: from 2.00pm to 6.00pm. After 6.00 pm (Time Limit) Check-in is not available and there is no staff available to register guests and hand over the keys.

CHECK-IN BY APPOINTMENT: Check-in is by appointment and it is necessary to communicate the arrival time.

CHECK-OUT: by 10 am.

PAYMENT: at Check-in.

BREAKFAST: our rates DO NOT include breakfast.

TOURIST TAX: at Check-out the Tourist Tax is due (not included in the rate) equal to Euro 1.00 per person per night.

RECEPTION: Our reception is located inside the Hairdressing Salon and is available from 8:00 to 18:00. On public holidays the reception is available from 8.00 to 10.00. During the night hours there is no staff present.

LUGGAGE: there is neither transportation to the floor nor luggage storage.

ACCESS: Palazzo Gozzi Bed & Beauty is spread over 2 floors without a lift.

NO SMOKING: smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas.

CLEANING: The room cleaning service is available from 10:00 to 14:00. We invite our guests to vacate the rooms in order to facilitate cleaning operations. If the room is occupied, cleaning will be postponed to the next day.

PETS: pets not allowed.

PARKING: Parking not available. Public parking in the immediate vicinity or "Kennedy Parking" about 400 meters from us (Via John Fitzgerald Kennedy, n. 4).

We remind you that Palazzo Gozzi Bed & Beauty is a family-run accommodation facility (Bed & Breakfast) and therefore does not offer all the services of a Hotel.
