In a charming, fully air-conditioned apartment ideally located, we offer you an elegant and comfortable room equipped with a large new bed, storage space, and a desk area. The room opens onto a spacious, quiet, and sunny terrace of over 35m².

The apartment is situated in the center of Vincennes, a chic and trendy town highly sought after for its quality of life and its immediate proximity to Paris (bordering the city).

We are just a short walk from Metro Line 1 (station: Château de Vincennes) and the RER A (station: Vincennes). These two main Parisian lines will take you directly to the heart of Paris in less than 15 minutes, including the Marais gay district, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Beaubourg, the Georges Pompidou Center, Les Halles, the Pinault Collection, the Picasso Museum, and the main monuments of the capital: the Louvre, the Paris Opera, the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, and the Louis Vuitton Foundation... as well as Disneyland and the major department stores.

Our apartment is very easy to access from the airports (Orly, Roissy Charles De Gaulle, Beauvais) and the main train stations (Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est).

The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the famous Château de Vincennes, one of the largest fortified castles in France, and one of Paris's 10 historical monuments, as well as from the Bois de Vincennes: a popular spot for Parisians to walk and its naturist area conducive to socializing.

If you have a car, we offer you our parking space. If you need an electric car charging station, there is a private parking lot right next to our building where you can reserve a dedicated spot.
