You will taste "Homemade" dishes, whether it is bread, brioches, croissants or puff pastry, but also certain cold meats such as roasted chicken rillettes or rillons de Tours, everything is prepared on site. As soon as the weather arrives, the herbs and certain vegetables come directly from the garden, naturally grown without any phytosanitary product, the only fertilizer used is homemade compost.
