The Habitation Caféière Samana Beauséjour, formerly called Habitation Caféière Beauséjour or Gros-Morne was built by the end of the 19th century.
This house is the only testimony to the history of this property, the coffee dryer (boucan) having been totally destroyed during the cyclon Hugo in September 1989.
This house is one of the oldest in Pointe-Noire. It faces east-west on a hill at an altitude of 295 m. It dominates the entire Pointe-Noire district, both on the Caribbean sea and the mountains.
The estate has a guestroom and cottages spread on the entire 1.5 hectares site. The guestroom includes breakfast which is served between 07:00 AM and 09:30 AM. The cottages and the loft have their own kitchen, however breakfast can be ordered as an option for 12 € per person.
