I offer one or two roommates with confidence a room on the 1st floor of my home, without elevator, without independent entrance for the roommate (s).

The room is located in a village house with lots of character, well located, 3 minutes from Clarens train station and buses. The house has a warm, artistic and musical atmosphere.

The bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a table, a small fridge, 2 chairs, a sideboard and large cupboards. Opposite the bedroom is a bathroom - community WC and a separate shower room with sink.

Enjoyment on the ground floor of a large kitchen and a large terrace with trees and flowers. Storage available in the kitchen.

The roommate (s) must be flexible and conciliatory, open-minded, tolerant, respectful of facilities, liking classical music, the piano, liking musical and artistic events, liking cats. He (they) must also accept and respect a colocation charter.
