I receive you with ease and with great pleasure in my house located near Chatellerault, 5 kilometers from the A10 motorway, between Tours and Poitiers.
Large comfortable house, park of 3500 m², many trees, with 10x5m swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture, gazebo for lunches with lounge and dining room on the terrace.
There are 5 private bedrooms for guests and the rest of the house is to be shared.
The "large king's bedroom" (on the 1st floor) is air-conditioned
There is also on this floor the "Cinema Room" and the "Small Zen Room".
Bathroom to share.
On the ground floor, the "Chambre Maryline" and the "Chambre Paris London" with a common bathroom to be shared.
A living-dining room with television.
In the basement, large living room with jacuzzi and massage table.
There is also table football, darts, table tennis and billiards.
