The Charter gîte is located in the town of Fourmagnac 12 km from Figeac and 14 km from Lacapelle Marival in the Lot department, the town is part of Grand-Figeac between Lot and Célé.
It is a fully fitted barn of 60 m2 near a pigeon house, inhabited by the owners. This set is located on one hectare of wooded land.
It consists of a first room with a kitchenette, a dining table and a relaxation area with an opening sofa allowing the sleeping of 2 people; a bedroom with a double bed with television and a bathroom with shower and WC. The light is provided by several skylights obscuring the light for the night. Water and heating are electric.
