The flat is ideally located in a luxury building in the 19th arrondissement, between the canal de l'Ourcq and the Buttes-Chaumont park. It has been completely renovated and has a balcony with a magnificent view, from the Sacré-Coeur to the Philharmonie.
You will sleep in a large living room, on a comfortable sofa bed and you will share with me the toilet, bathroom and kitchen.
You will be able to enjoy the balcony, with the possibility of eating there, and admire the sunset over Paris.
Breakfast is provided.

At 5 mn on foot, you can reach :
- the Philharmonie
- the Ourcq canal
- the Buttes-Chaumont park
- the Géode
- the metro line 5 (Laumière or Ourcq station)
