We like to receive and meet new people, we offer a room including breakfast, private bathroom and WC in a villa in a quiet area of Carnon 100 m from the beach, 10 mins walk from the port, 10 mins by car from Fréjorgues airport and Montpellier Sud de France TGV station.
You can enjoy the other amenities of the house (terrace, living room, kitchen, etc.)

« Highly recommended. This was my second stay which was 7 nights in late August 2024. I stayed several nights also in August 2023 and was so impressed by Bernard & Yvan's hospitality that I had no hesitation in a repeat visit. My comments in my previous review still stand. My stay was longer this year but the duration made no change in my hosts' impeccable and convivial demeanour which was consistent and put me at ease - a perfect holiday which I would like to repeat again. »

« Highly recommended. I stayed 2 nights 8 and 9 August 2023. Yvan and Bernard are the consummate hosts. The communication from the time of booking, leading up to and during check in until departure was thoughtful, precise and effective. They engage in a convivial manner well balanced with allowing privacy. They have an excellent knowledge of the region with many suggestions and recommendations. The house is better than depicted which sets a high standard. The bedroom is well appointed with its own bathroom. The other amenities are also available. A very good breakfast is served on the terrace, and I also enjoyed their cuisine in the evenings. A vehicle is preferred to visit the area, with a great beach a very short walk from the house. As I did not have a vehicle I was able to join in activities with the hosts. Public transport (including the 606 bus) serving the region is close to the house. As I am a naturalist I was made to feel very comfortable, with the house and enclosed courtyard very private. Next time I will stay longer. Yvan and Bernard are great ambassadors to the region. »

« Nous avons passé une superbe semaine fin octobre chez Yvan et Bernard. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. La chambre d'hôtes ainsi que la salle de bains et les WC privatifs sont dignes d'un hôtel haut de gamme. Yvan et Bernard ont été aux petits soins pour nous tout en respectant notre indépendance. Leur maison d'architecte est très agréable où l'on se plaît à partager leur mode de vie. Nous pensons y revenir au printemps pour profiter au maximum de leur jardin et de la plage au bout de leur rue. Jérôme et Djam - Lyon »

« En Mai 2022 j' arrive chez Yvan et Bernard et là un accueil chaleureux identique à celui que l'on ressent lorsque vous arrivez chez des amis de longue date .Une maison très belle , confortable , claire ,qui vous invite , au relaxe ,a la sieste , au bronzage.....Les hôtes charmants , attentifs avec lesquels les conversations ont été fournies , agréables , intéressantes et en plus ils vous indiquent , des adresses , des lieux ....à découvrir....J' y ai fait au contact d' Yvan et Bernard , dans cette maison contemporaine , un séjour merveilleux et relaxe ...Si vous passez dans la région ne loupez pas cette adresse . »
