The cottage "Le 1852" can accommodate up to 4 people! Located on the ground floor of the house, south side, with an area of 50 m2, it has its own private and independent access: secure door on the street side, and interior door at the top of the stairs to access the garden. It consists of a large 25 m2 bedroom with a 160 wide bed, private shower and toilet in the bedroom, TV, free WIFI, desk and chair, storage unit. On the other side, your fully equipped kitchen with large table and 4 chairs for more autonomy and comfort: refrigerator, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils.
A lounge area with a convertible sofa (wooden slatted base) adjoins the kitchen, separated by curtains.
The thickness of the walls of the gite and its location on the ground floor of the house guarantee a pleasant temperature in the hot summer months and a fan is placed in the gite
Access to the enclosed garden, not overlooked, at the back of the house is free and allows the practice of naturism: NEW swimming pool of 4.75 mx 3.25 (from May to October), wooden terrace with armchairs and deck chairs, parasols.
Gazebo to be in the shade, savor our breakfasts (homemade jams, pastries and fresh bread from the baker, squeezed orange juice...) or meet up with friends at aperitif time. Lounge area to relax or read a book in the shade.
A pool house completes the whole with cold drinks and ice cream (surcharge), table football and water and outdoor games provided free of charge (petanque balls, wooden rackets, badminton...).
On reservation (24 hours in advance minimum please) and in addition to 22 € per person, we offer the table d'hôtes: house menu based on local products, starter, main course and dessert.
Located between vineyards and hills, the village is the starting point for many discoveries: Orange and its Ancient Theater where the famous Chorégies take place in the summer, Avignon the Papal City and its Theater Festival in July, the medieval villages of the Côtes du Rhône such as Séguret, Vacqueyras and Gigondas or even Vaison la Romaine. Naturist river 15 minutes by car and gay beaches 1 hour away
Many natural sites such as the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux (alt 1912m) less than 1 hour from the house. Rivers and walks/cycling from the house, local markets and wine tours.
