My apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator of an old mansion renovated into a building of 20 apartments.

It is organized in duplex.

The lower part is the living room to share as well as the kitchen and the bathroom.

there is a sofa that converts into a bed for sleeping.

The upper part is my bedroom.

Depending on your desires, you can share an aperitif, a meal.

It is ideally located in the city center, everything can be done on foot. Parking is on the street and is free.

The train station is a 15 minute walk away. We have an airport and you can also walk to the pier for the island of Groix.
