In a modern renovated old apartment, very quiet, clean and well maintained, I offer you the sofa bed in the living room (option 1 = 70€) or my bedroom (option 2 = 88 €).
The 38m² apartment faces south, on a quiet street in a nice district of the 15th arrondissement, south Paris, near Montparnasse, Porte de Versailles - Parc Brassens.
Welcome like at home, I receive you like a friend. Breakfasts and dinners possible.

Housing :
Very quiet 38 m² 2-room apartment on a quiet street with:
Entrance + WC + Kitchen, Living room 18m², Bedroom 12m² with adjoining shower room.
The 2 main rooms communicate (separated by a sliding door)
* option 1: €70 = Living (with 2-seater sofa, slatted base, Bultex mattress) expo N/A.
* option 2: €88 = Red bedroom (double bed, slatted base, Futon mattress) facing south. This is my room, which I make available if needed.
NB: The bathroom (with extra-large shower) is accessed through the red bedroom.
The red room is recommended for:
- single people or couples who want to be isolated and more independent, or to be able to lie in bed in the morning.
- For a couple, it is more original and intimate.
This bedroom has direct access to the bathroom and the shower.
It is offered at an additional cost (= extra of + €18/night) i.e.: €88
Cohabitation essential because I live there.
I will ask you to specify your choice before arrival to organize my possible "transfer" in the living room.
The apartment is shared, I occupy it for the duration of your stay.
The apartment has an original, very modern layout.
An intelligent and joyful cohabitation is therefore necessary since we share the living rooms...
Of a discreet nature I can, if you wish, offer you advice, help in your research, why not show you around my neighborhood: Le Parc Brassens, the Book Market, the house of Georges Brassens rue Santos-Dumont, the impasse Florimont chez Jeanne, the Brancion district. The old Halles de Vaugirard, La Ruche, the Puces de Vanves, the Bourdelle museum, etc. My neighborhood is so wonderful...
Breakfast: A quick breakfast is included in the price of the night (espresso coffee + Poilâne toast with salted butter).
> More complete and much appreciated, I also offer an extra extra breakfast, (+ €6), with a hearty breakfast, very French and multivitamined with, depending on my arrivals and the season: a salad of different fruits from the market, Expresso coffee, fruits, brioche/toasts of different Poilâne breads (my famous neighbour) + salted butter, yogurts and my homemade jams...
This breakfast is very popular and will set you up well for a good visit to Paris!
Unlimited espresso all day.
