On the 1st floor: The “le Pin” gîte offers you:
A fitted kitchen open to the living/dining room, with direct access to the terrace.
A 2nd lounge area, with very good quality sofa bed (140 cm), flat screen TV, home cinema, DVD player (many DVDs available), Bluetooth speaker and Fire Alexa stick, allowing you to access your Netflix subscriptions , Amazon etc... No access to classic channels.

Plus: Magnificent Japanese landscaped garden, entirely flower-filled, with large pond, pergola and garden furniture, for wonderful moments of relaxation. Secure access via a gate (children are the responsibility of their parents).
