Relax in our quiet domain, ideally located for discovering the Jade Coast, in the town center of La Plaine sur Mer (44770), close (2min walk) to all shops (bakery, tobacconist bar, post office, pharmacy , restaurants, hairdresser, tourist office, media library, grocery store, etc.) 650 m from intermarché where there is a service station and a credit card distributor.

10 minutes from Pornic, 15 minutes from Saint Brévin, 20 minutes from Saint Nazaire, 40 minutes from Guérande (medieval town and its salt marshes), 50 minutes from Nantes. You have the choice to travel all around and discover the region. Or simply relax and enjoy the swimming pool and its garden. A desire for sea bathing? The naturist beach (La Raitrie) and its small gay coves are half an hour's walk from the house (5 minutes by car).

The Edespe estate consists of a guest room in our house, 2 studios of 35m2 facing the swimming pool (heated to 30° from May 1 with salt filtration), and a small villa apart.

Your room is on the upper floor of the house. You will sleep in a 160x90 bed. sheets, pillows, duvet, towels and washcloth are provided. Private shower. Common toilet. Breakfast included in the night. Possibility of having dinner with us in the evening for a contribution of 10 euros.

You share the swimming pool (10mx3.50) heated to 30° with salt filtration, with the tenants of the 2 studios and the small villa also located on the estate. You also benefit from deckchairs, table and chairs outside on our terrace, but also around the swimming pool on the grass. The terraces facing the studios are reserved for them.

Naturism authorized in the house, on our terrace and around the swimming pool.

Books, magazines, board games... are available on request.

Do not be allergic to cats that roam freely in the house.
