Relax in our quiet domain, ideally located for discovering the Jade Coast, in the town center of La Plaine sur Mer (44770). Close (2 mins walk) to all shops (bakery, newsagent bar, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, hairdresser, tourist office, media library, grocery store, etc.) 650m from intermarket where there is a credit card ATM and a gas station.
10 minutes from Pornic, 15 minutes from Saint Brévin, 20 minutes from Saint Nazaire, 40 minutes from Guérande (medieval town and its salt marshes), 50 minutes from Nantes. You have the choice to travel all around and discover the region.
We offer 2 studios of 35m2 (mezzanine bedroom with view of the swimming pool) and a 55m2 villa on one level as well as a guest room in our house. The studios face the (shared) swimming pool which is heated at 30° (with salt filtration) from May to the end of October.. . Each studio has its small private terrace with deckchairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining... A barbecue is at your disposal in the garden.
The villa is secluded but you have access to the swimming pool and you also benefit from deckchairs, tables and chairs and barbecue. Naturism is authorized around the swimming pool and the various terraces as well as in the studios and the villa.
Each studio and the villa are all equipped: wifi, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, normal and Senséo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron, TV ... Sheets, pillows, duvets, towels and gloves are provided.

No smoking in the studios and in the house.
Books, magazines, DVDs, board games, pétanque balls, palace games, molkky games, air mattresses and buoys are at your disposal on request.
Free parking 20m from the house in the Lakas garden. Possibility of leaving your bikes on the property.
Do not be allergic to cats that roam freely in the area.
Possibility of renting prefailles bikes, free delivery on site. Free shuttles during the summer season which serve the beaches and towns of the agglomeration (Saint Michel Chef-Chef, Pornic, Préfailles, La Plaine sur Mer, La Bernerie en Retz, Villeneuve en Retz, Les Moutiers en Retz)
