The house (completely renovated is equipped for a pleasant stay). It is located 2 km from the village of Pinsot with its museum and small bistro.

10 minutes away is the village of La Ferrière with its typical grocery store-restaurant and bakery.

10 minutes from Allevard les Bains with all the shops, a comfortable cinema, a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September), a spa and a casino.

20 minutes from the ski resorts of 7 Laux and Collet d'Allevard.

Grenoble and Chambéry are 45 minutes away.

Quick access (1h30 by motorway) to the Val Thorens ski area (via the Orelle resort).
