Concerning the beaches, the first of Peu des Hommes is 200m away, that of Peu Ragot, supervised, is 600m away and for naturism enthusiasts, the official one of Folies/Peu Bernard is 10 minutes away on foot.
The proposed apartment is a 2-room duplex cabin, completely renovated in 2024 and classified 2 stars, attic with total useful surface area of 35m2, 30 m2 living space, on the 1st floor with elevator.
This apartment is composed of a living room where there is an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a 140cm*190 cm sofa bed (comfortable 18 cm mattress on slatted base), a table with 4 chairs, TV, bright thanks to a glass transom and a French window opening onto the courtyard (quieter compared to the apartments overlooking the swimming pool). A bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit will be at your disposal, with a small retractable clothes dryer and a towel dryer. The toilets are separate and present in the entrance.
On the 1st floor you will have an attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a skylight equipped with a blackout blind and a dressing room (length: 2 m, height 2 m)
You will have access to a shared lounge on the ground floor of the residence, a private shared swimming pool and its paddling pool (open from 05/15 to 09/30), all enclosed. Deckchairs are at your disposal to rest.
WIFI in the residence and in all common areas.
A bicycle storage room will allow you to store your bicycles safely. To park, a designated parking space in the residence with a block park is reserved for you.
