“Farm”, our house only has the nickname, even if during its long existence, it was the house of the village roofer, and even housed a duck farm.
It is located in the small village of Montreuil l’Argillé. (Eure 27) and is the ideal setting to relax far from Paris (located approximately 2 hours 15 minutes by car from Paris).
As soon as you arrive, after having parked your car in the driveway, already enjoy the exterior of the house, its terraces but also its courtyard, a shared and friendly space.
Two types of accommodation are offered to you, whether you need to feel at home in “The Green Room” or you would prefer to be independent in “Le mini Studio Jaune” a newly fitted out space in the former wine press and garage of the House.
The village has a PMU tobacco bar, restaurants, two bakeries, a grocery store, a pharmacy, two hairdressers and more.

As for bedding, you have a 160×190 bed with Vosges linen bed set.

A cozy space with rustic charm, located upstairs in the main house.
A period red terracotta floor, a view of the garden, it is while staying there that you will feel the atmosphere of the house. It is approximately 10m2.
As for bedding, you have a 140 x 190 bed with a selection of cotton bed linen.
It has a small office, WiFi, and a wardrobe to store your belongings.
Adjoining the bedroom is a water point with your private toilet and sink.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor of the house, you will be the only ones to use it.
Breakfast will be taken in the dining room of the house on the ground floor, it will consist of hot drinks and pastries from the neighboring bakery!
