Private bedroom & bathroom + Den Suite in our LGBTQ+ friendly residence (30 sqm), with access to shared pool and tropical backyard. Located in Fort Lauderdale's Poinsettia Heights neighborhood, it is the perfect setting to lounge by the pool (heated in winter) or enjoy Sebastian beach within minutes (~3 km). We are close to the fashionable Las Olas & Riverwalk district (~3 km), Galleria Mall (~1.5 km), and Wilton Drive's Gay restaurants and nightlife (~1.5 km). We can provide a comprehensive document with a list of things to do or see, including web addresses, phone numbers and distance from our house, or we can simply make recommendation as you see fit. Whether you wish to eat in or go out to nearby eateries, the Suite offers all options for a relaxing vacation or workation.

 

The Suite is completely private with its own entrance & keyless entry code located at the north end of the residence. It includes a separate Den area, a full bathroom and a combination bedroom & kitchenette room which includes a mini-refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso (coffee pods & condiments included), and kitchen essentials to whip up basic meals. The two separate rooms with their own TV's allow 2 adults to share, where one can read or rest, and/or both can simultaneously watch their respective shows on the various streaming apps (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, HBO MAX & Apple TV+). The Suite has a full closet for clothes and storage, and another closet with washer/dryer, and supplies. You will have complete access to the shared private tropical backyard (with partner & I), including lounging chairs, dining area, sitting area and BBQ. Finally, you will find ample parking at the residence and in the neighborhood.
