How does the session unfold?
1️⃣ Welcoming time: A moment to settle in and breathe. We take the time to define the framework of the massage and discuss personal boundaries.
2️⃣ Massage with warm oil (1h30 or 2h): A subtle awakening of the senses, slow and fully present.
3️⃣ Integration time: A moment to return to yourself gently. We may share our experiences if desired.
