Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone (34). You won't hear any noise at night, and there is very little traffic in the street in front of the house during the day.
Located along the coast between Sète and Palavas, Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone is a small paradise with all the amenities (small shops, supermarket, post office, bank, train station…), and everything can be done on foot or by bike through paths and cycle tracks among the vineyards.
The family-friendly beach is 3 km away, accessible by bike, on foot, or via a free little train (from the parking lot at the footbridge). This beach is little known and not crowded, with naturist and gay areas on both sides of the main beach. Other beaches are easily accessible by car, including Aresquiers beach (naturist beach) and those of Cap d'Agde, home to the famous naturist village.
The village center is 300 m away, the bus to Montpellier stops at the end of the street, and the train station is in the upper part of the village.
Our house features a fenced garden with two furnished terraces.
The first terrace is covered and sheltered from the wind. It is sunny in the morning until 2 p.m. and in the shade for the rest of the day. It includes a lounge area (sofa and two armchairs) and a dining area with a table for six people. A mobile barbecue is also available.
The second terrace, at the back of the house, is sunny all afternoon and evening. It is perfect for relaxing or sunbathing on the loungers in complete privacy.
Inside, you will find a large open-plan living area with:

A dining area with a table for eight people
A living room with two leather sofas

The two bedrooms:
The first has a 160 cm bed (with adjustable head and foot positions)
The second has two 90 cm beds, which can be combined into one large bed
Both bedrooms have storage with wardrobes and shelves, duvets, and pillows.
The bathroom has two sinks and an Italian-style shower. The toilet is separate.
Behind the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
You can park in front of the garage, where two adult bicycles are available for you to explore the beach, cycle paths, and the beautiful city of Montpellier.
