Located in the Orcières Merlette 1850 ski resort, our 26 m² retreat has been designed for you to fully enjoy après-ski or hiking as a couple.
Enjoy both the winter and summer seasons in a unique way.

The elegant and cozy decor allows you to relax in the comfortable armchairs of the reading room/library by the cast-iron stove (gas-powered for safety) while listening to your playlist on a high-end Marshall sound system at your disposal.

You can also watch movies for free on Netflix or simply enjoy your favorite program on the flat-screen TV with fiber internet. Naturally, the studio is equipped with high-speed WiFi.

A selection of books is available for your entertainment, covering topics such as skiing, mountains, automobiles, and more. Additionally, several board games are provided for long winter—or summer—evenings (Monopoly, Scrabble, cards, chess, etc.).

The main highlight of our cozy retreat remains its 5 m² terrace, located on the 4th and top floor of the residence, ensuring tranquility and serenity.
Facing South/Southwest, the terrace is equipped with a lounge set and a table, perfect for dining while admiring a stunning sunset with an exceptional, unobstructed mountain view.

The brand-new equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, stovetop, designer tableware, Nespresso machine, raclette/fondue/grill set) allows you to prepare well-deserved meals after a day of skiing or hiking, which you can enjoy at the bar, on the terrace, or in the reading lounge—always with a view!

The new 160 cm bed is fitted with an EMMA mattress (for those in the know), ensuring perfectly restful nights and restorative sleep, complemented by thick blackout curtains.

The ski lifts are at the foot of the building, so there’s no need for a car. Shuttle services provide access to the station center, which offers everything a major resort does, with extra charm (cinema, swimming pool, bowling, and 100 km of slopes reaching over 2700 m altitude).

In summer, the resort is vibrant, offering activities like mountain biking, hiking, fishing, canyoning, and more. Of course, various shops and restaurants are available, where you’ll experience the remarkable hospitality of the mountain locals.

A private ski locker with a lock is available on the ground floor of the residence.
