Jean-Luc and Pascal welcome you in the Small Venise of the Charolais, in the South of Burgundy, in the heart of a picturesque village of Charolles, in a beautiful residence of the XVIIIth century, closed to the church, on a pleasant walk along the Arconce.
Art lovers, loving beautiful objects and great travellers, they have given back this house its previous charm : painted walls with nice colours, shinning panellings, with mixed old and new furniture.
Once the porch crossed over, we feel a real heart-rending impression seeing the enclosed garden, calm and quiet place, with two atmospheres. On one side of the house, decorated and furnished with genuine antiquities, give the two beautiful suites with evocative names : Fragonard and Chateaubriand. On the other side, in the old printing works, the Diderot duplex, with contemporary inspiration, gives access on a warm terrace.
The breakfast takes jointly, served in the dining-room or on the terrace by Jean-Luc, will be an occasion to meet your hosts and take part with them in the passion for what they like and the Charolais.
