The Blinerie is a place of conviviality and exchange that we will have pleasure to make you discover. A true haven of peace between the villages of Sambin and Fougères-sur-Bièvre, the house faces the wood of Saint Lomer and is surrounded by vineyards of AOC Cheverny.
The 5 hectare property consists of 3 wooded areas, an orchard and an English park.

The south facing window overlooks the park.
The Unicorn room
The room, for 2 to 3 people, is located on the floor of the house, mole tones, off-white and chocolate, spacious, high ceilings, king size bed, small sitting area with bench and armchair, dresser, a small staircase leads to the bathroom open to the bedroom equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower and a separate WC, the window facing south overlooking the park.
The Salamander suite
This is a charming suite, for 1 to 2 people, located on the ground floor of the house, white and gray iron, very bright, independent entrance overlooking the park, consisting of two separate rooms, the first with table and chairs, bench and armchair, storage cabinet, fireplace, comtoise clock, the second with king size bed, fireplace, two sinks in the room, a large walk-in shower open to the bedroom and a separate WC, the door and the south facing windows overlook the park.
The Porcupine room
This is a room for 2 people on the ground floor, independent entrance overlooking the park. The room, tuffeau and grey tones, king size bed, storage cupboard, shower room open to the bedroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and separate WC.
