A week after the Parisian parade, the Marche des Fiertés is coming to Marseille. The kick-off will be given on the side of the Reformed Church where an associative village will be installed around 12 noon. Speeches will take place, time will be for discussion and meetings. Then around 4 p.m., the procession will set off on the Canebière to reach the Old Port. The day will end at the Hôtel de Ville in Marseille.

The main goal of the "Lesbian & Gay Pride de Marseille" is to organize an annual Pride March for LGBT people in Marseille. It fights against discrimination linked to sexual orientation and gender identity.
