From the car park there is a walk through the forest of some 750 m onto the beach, then turn right and the naturiste beach starts after 200m. however, there is no boundary and in the busy season families also encroach upon it. There are a few non-gay naturists, but very few.
At the back of the beach are a line of high dunes with bushes which is ideal for meeting other gays for sex. In high season I have seen police and lifeguards patrol the beaches on horseback, but not in September and October.
There is a lifeguard station at the point of entry but only in high season then it is very quiet. There are no facilities, not even water so go prepared.
